As the co-founder and Principal Consultant of Nivela Services LLC, Bianca brings a powerful blend of corporate experience and dedicated consulting experience to her clients. She spent 15 years climbing the corporate ladder at innovative tech companies, excelling as a Controller and leading financial integrations for complex M&A activities. Driven by a passion for hands-on problem solving, Bianca left the corporate world in 2017 to launch her consulting career.
Bianca graduated from Santa Clara University with degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems. Combining her knowledge of accounting and finance with in-depth experience in operations and systems, she uses her extensive background to help businesses scale and optimize their processes.
When she isn't helping her clients, there's a good change you'll find Bianca enjoying her passion for soccer. She also loves to travel and embrace new adventures with her family.
Margie is Nivela Services LLC's co-founder and Managing Consultant. She initially developed a passion for helping people during her time as a registered nurse. She left the medical industry to pursue the freedom to help people in other aspects of life and has leveraged her many years of office management, bookkeeping, and service industry experience to enable small businesses to succeed. Margie has extensive construction and service industry experience, and is committed to continuous learning and growth. Outside of the office, Margie is an avid baker, a cooking enthusiast, and loves to spoil her family and friends with her tasty creations.
